But overall i agree with you.
I didnt buy a Vita to play old ass games.
Rereleasing them as HD and adding trophy support is one thing, but just making it compatible for ps1 ... no thx.

The people ATTENDING E3 were maybe 5% of everyone involved. The other 95% were the ones watching it on tv.
So, BEING THATS THE CASE, how would the rest of us know what was going on the vita? Bc it sure wasnt mentioned during E3!

Very little Vita presence @ E3, (i wasnt there, so the "25 titles" on the show floor mean nothing other than lip service), 2 new games @ gamescom but neither are vita related ...

Yea i know. In this day and age, i wouldnt be surprised if dlc characters/stages arent released to cover what they miss at launch.
Ill be buying this for my vita tho for sure.

Theres three things u can always count on Sony for:
1) High-End Tech 2) High-End Prices 3) Great 1st party titles

Crash Bandicoot & ratchet/clank is no surprise at all. Chances are, there will be a character from every major 1st party game.

I agree. NFL 2K was soooooo much more realistic than Maddens arcade style play. I cant wait for the day they bring it back.

This is all fine and dandy if the Vita gets lots of indie games ... as long as it doesnt interfere with the AAA titles coming onboard.
While i like SOME indie games, i didnt buy a vita to ONLY play indie games.
Im probably one of the few who bought it with the hopes of having a "console game on the go" experience.
BUT if Sony can do both effectively, then im all for it. The more games the better!

My comment was made in regards to the author stating people are paying $250 and are unhappy ...
I was simply contrasting that i paid for the first edition bundle and im not upset at all and if you actually did any research, youd see most people ARENT unhappy with their vita purchase, which is the opposite of what the author proposes.
Will this even play on a NA Vita? Is Vita region locked?
