I 100% agree with you and never said they were. And now you look up a few comments to my other comment stating as much. (Note the time of comment)

It absolutely did not matter what MS did or did not do, people were still going to complain.

Xbox one's now extinct DRM policies would have ruined the piracy industry. Now it is wide open for further exploitation. True it affected the used game market which was clearly MS's concern with the DRM reversal, but developers will continue to fight to get their games to people who want to buy, vs those who want to pirate them. The next gen many years away may see an increase of game cost to compensate. Luckily we avoided a game cost hike this coming generation.

Wait for the next batch of Xbox ones that will already have the DRM restrictions omitted which is what the day one patch clearly does. The day one patch is obviously for the Day One 2013 limited edition consoles for a reason. It is also in the best interest of the seller of the console to notify their customers of the day one patch requirements. They will be the first to hear the complaints if someone does not have Internet access.

Devlopment of Software and manufacturing of the console do not keep pace with each other. One is always ahead or behind. The patch would put the software (which is more likely more devloped) into sync with the hardware which is until it launches, subject to change. Nothing in the Xbox one or even the PS4 is finalized until it is sent for manufacturing. And neither has been. Manufacturing photos always leak out, then you will know when they are final. I bet you the ps4 has a day one patch also...

I never wavered in support of Xbox one. The restrictions were out of place for consoles, but I would have tolerated them. Glad to see they are completely wiped out. Thank you Sony fans you were instrumental in bringing this policy change forward. When clogging forums is needed, you are completely reliable.

Already seeing reverse butt hurt on MS policy change. Now a certain demographic is mad they are gone lol.

In your home you should always have every belief you have privacy. When you leave the home, you hit at least one camera even in a sparsely populated area. Significantly more if you live in a dense city. My kinect is on and looking at me right now, if someone wants to go through all the trouble to hack it and look at me sitting here on my iPad watching TV, then ok. Enjoy the boring show. I never heard of one single complaint of an Xbox 360 being hacked to spy on another console gamer. Show me ...

"The GTX780 is 32% more powerful than the GTX690, but with the right overclock, slightly under Titan."

LMAO, and here is why. http://www.gpureview.com/sh...

Never mind a GTX 690 is two 680s on one card. Where you people come up with these absurd claims with no proof is beyond me.

Even overclocking the 780 can not touch the GTX 690.

I am playing planetside 2 also. It is great and all, but a MAX unit even with my two guided missile launchers, is nothing compared to a mech.

50 million+ gamers per month and 200+ games is no one using the service? Lol! Do you guys look anything up? Are you saying Sony acquired a failure?

I have no problem with the price. (Typed from my $529 iPad)

Money IS the answer. This is a business after all and the ultimate goal. Not some feel good event born from charity. And yes, I know full well what kazuo Hiarai said about Sony paying for exclusives. Unlike you, I don't eat everything Sony tosses out and take it as scripture.

I knew you could not substantiate your lead platform claim with evidence, thus proving you did not pull it out of your tail. But as expected, it has crap all over it.

Especially if all you play on is one console for the next ten years of destiny's projected support life cycle.

"The Xbox 360 will be the lead development platform for the first Destiny game, with a version also set for the console’s successor, referred to in the contract as the “Xbox 720.” Based on technological and financial feasibility, a PlayStation 3 version of the first game is also planned for 2014."

He may very well just be a fanboy yet an employee of Microsoft. He may also be a tablet sales rep going beyond his job description while being embedded at best buy. Either way, he should not be offering his opinion to sway gamers from anything. One employee will make a negligible change any way. Anything beyond that is seriously reaching.

I disagree. Planetside 2 is indeed a FPSMMO, but the way it plays is considerably different than how destiny appears to play. Destiny appears to be a progressive mission based FPSMMO with a defined objective reaching an ultimate conclusion in a main story line. Planetside 2 is 100% dynamic. Yes you can win planetary control, and timed alerts, but beyond that, it is just simply all out never ending conflict and large cooperation vs the same. Fun as that is, there is no end game to it all or fi...

I wish PC destiny could cross platform with consoles. I would definitely get it for PC.
