The Cryengine is probably one of if not the most impressive game engines out there but it has 2 major problems:
1) it's not advertised within the game development industry enough
2) it's tools.. it's just not accessible enough. You can achieve wonders with the engine but you need learn so much before hand that the other engines just become the more preferred choice by default
@porkChop
I thought the exact same thing, This would never have been approved had it been Microsoft in the title. Would have been flagged as failed in a heartbeat. It has an Admin note in defence of the blatant hypocrisy and everything 😂 yeh sure, n4g really isn't for and run by PS fanboys right🙄
@Razzer
"Rechargeable and *easily* replaceable is obviously the best option and none of the consoles have that option, unfortunately"
Lol What!?
The Xbox 360 and the Xbox One controller both have that option, have you even used an Xbox controller before?
Exactly! Utter nonsense article. Makes it easy to see from some of the comments though who hasn't played injustice 2 but making fake statements based on this ridiculous article like they have.
@neutral
Care to provide the receipts for that utter fabrication you typed?
Pulling sh*t out of thin air seems to be common practice for you judging by your telling comment history.
Anyway the only thing we know about the studio in question is the rumour that sony built it work on future Uncharted games (I see no issue with that).
Nothing other than that rumour is known, which could turn out to be completely false but until Sony or someo...
"never in the history of anything has that worked, or will ever work. You can't take out one little thing that's appealing to males and think that females will all of a sudden have an interest in it simply because you removed it."
That is some next level BS and I think you know it... think about that ridiculous statement and maybe do some actual research around the subject and you'll find the total opposite is true
