@Einhander1972 Just checked and the full list is 36 games not 25. There's quite a few first party games that appear on Core and Ultimate like FH4. But not sure if all are on Ultimate. You only have access to the games while subbed and don't keep any like you did with 360 games with Games for Gold. You do still get access though I think to any Xbox One games you redeemed with Games for Gold when subbed. Anyway the full list if you're interested is:

@Einhander1972 No more monthly games but It comes with a library of 25 games that they say they will update 2 or 3 times a year. The current 25 are OKish but old so not a good list for me. It's pretty rubbish TBH and feels like probably the bare minium they can get a way with offering without all out scathing criticism. Getting all subs over to GP proper is still the ultimate goal.
Games for Gold ended on September 1st and replaced with GP Core.
There's 17 10's across PC/Series X on Metacritic. Which isn't many when you compare it to BG3's 59 10's across PC/PS5.
No. But the industry in general spaffs out 10's like a horny teenager. It needs to learn to not get so over excited.
You linked a reddit link about a readers feature, a link to the user submitted inbox and a link to another readers feature. The blurb at the bottom of all readers feature - "The reader’s features do not necessarily represent the views of GameCentral or Metro."
Metro Gamecentral dates back to 1993 as Digitiser on a tv text service called teletext. That run until 2003 where it came unstuck as it had risqué humour that upset the higher ups. They were told to mod...
DF have received code. But Bethesda told Eurogamer no other arm of Eurogamer could have access to it.
Eurogamer switched to a five star scoring system in May this year.
Sony first party exclusives are why I stuck with consoles this gen. Now more and more are releasing on PC I'll look at PC for my next piece of hardware. The combined cost of the Series X/PS5 in the UK is £960. Just an extra £140 will buy you a PC that is quite a bit better than either consoles. If I can access the same games as on the consoles for just a little bit more cash but with the advantage of not having things like a 30 fps cap on Starfield then I'll go with that. ...
Your build just highlights how expensive PC hardware is as it doesn't come anywhere near the specs of a PS5/Series X yet is $200 more than the digital PS5. Your GPU is from 2014 and the CPU is far weaker than the PS5's/Series X. Your $600 build falls well short of the capabilities of a Series X/PS5 and isn't a good suggestion for someone thinking of dropping those and going PC as they will be looking for something that is at least of equal performance.
One of my most anticipated games this year. It looks as fun as the article writers mum.
When announced I was excited for the game but like a slow puncture the more revealed about it the enthusiasm has slowly escaped to the point it's completely flat now.
A couple of reviews were posted early by error, Noisy Pixel 4, Cogconnected 7.8, Apparently ACG has called it one of the worst games so far of 2023. Not looking good.
I prefer the Trophy system but do really like the rare pop up sound. I do switch off both for my first playthrough of a game as I don't want to be alerted by either.
That my simple statement of preference has garnered 13 downvotes so quickly though boggles the mind. People take this stuff way to seriously.
Nice. Doesn't beat out the Xbox rare achievement pop for me. But I do prefer the trophy system over Gamerscore so often try for the Platinum.
I'm in UK and mine was marked as preparing to ship this morning. Got an email at 11am saying it was shipped and would arrive tomorrow. It arrived 90 minutes after the email. Better than a Shadow Drop or finding a forgotten tenner in the wallet.
I've got Call of the Mountain, GT7, Resi 8, No Man's Sky and pre-ordered Kayak VR: Mirage. I'm going to go with Kayak VR as my first experience with PSVR2 as I here it's one of the best looking and immersive VR experiences out there. But there's so much already to gorge on. After that bunch of games which will take me a while to get through I'll get Switchback VR, Moss Book II and the upgrade for Thumper.
Can't wait. I bought the game on launch day but we all know how bare bones and poor it was at launch so put it down quickly. It went through it's redemption arc and I thought I'll play it now but there were rumours of PSVR support so delayed playing it for that. It launched on PSVR but was a rough ride so I put it down in the hope it would wind up on PSVR2 and here it is.
I delayed playing three games hoping they would eventually get PSVr2 support, Resi 8, GT7 a...
The review embargo ends today at 05:00 PST/13:00 GMT so not long to find out if it's any good. Hope it is as it's one I've been looking forward to for a while.
I've had my finger over the cancel order button a few times as it's a lot of money. But now the order is in the shipping phase it's too late to cancel and I couldn't be happier. No idea what the ultimate fate of VR gaming will be but I'm more than confident PSVR2 will be an absolute blast.
The first game sold 33 million copies over it's life time so I imagine Sony have very high expectations for the game. The first game took 3 days to sell 3.3 million copies and this one has done almost that in 24 hrs so it looks to be tracking to initially be considered a big success for Sony.
Finance wise it was revealed in some poorly redacted documents in the MS FTC case that TLOU Part 2 cost Sony $220 million to make and Forbidden West $212 million and that didn'...
