Using the motion controls of the Wii to play Call of Duty would be so horrible. Mouse>DS3>Xbox Controller>Move>Wii>K inect
Make the game on the PS3 first then port it to 360....

Game would be horrible. The target audience for Kinect is Families and children under 10.
