I have never purchased a collectors edition anything. But once I saw the youtube video of the MW2 CE i was sold.
To defeat the 360 mech the sony and wii mech create an intense heat wave causing the 360 mech to RROD..... I kid, i kid. :)

Can't wait to play the first call of duty game. which came out on the PC and pretty much got me hooked on the series.

and Alan wake was the only thing worth a flip. MS attempt to shock with a MGS game didn't have the same effect as FFXIII. As a matter a fact it made them look weak. As they have to dig into other peoples cookie jar to make up for there lack of exclusive content.
I have to agree with the guy. Anyone who's played Halo or COD4 with a full server can attest for the amount of lag. Considering consoles do most of the work while the server just spits bytes back and forth. I can imagine a server not only runing the game but decompressing the video back to the gamer. Considering you'll also need a 5mps connection for HD games. I'll stick to consoles.....
That RE5 has such awfull controls & inventory system. Good story & graphics but I'm all about controls. If the game controls like dirt it's a pass for me.
I rather have my physical media than handing my physical money for virtual goods. Virtual goods can be corrupted, deleted or servers closed due to poor performance or old age (and yet I paid for the game but I wouldn't get a refund).
But I have to admit the controls do have some issues on both single and multi player. Other than that, the game is great. And by far one of the best looking games I've played.
I believe a patch can fix this and I believe guerilla games is going to do exactly that.
hell i would have given the console version a 7 as well. GTA3 was the true liberty city.
That whole stop & shoot mechanic sucks! I had placed a pre-order for this game but I'm going to move it to for ridick dark athena.
the whole stop to shoot control isn't for me. I might just rent this game after all.
didn't really like it. The whole "stop to shoot" control is quite stupid if you ask me.

And one thing is for sure COD4's multiplayer is still king. While I'm enjoying the game I can only wish that developers would start copying COD4 smooth, fluid and refined character and weapons movements. Other than that it's a great game.
I'm beginning to believe that Infinity ward were the only one's smart enough to split there team in two. The end result was a great looking, smooth playing experience. And they both were released at the same time to boot! This coming from a company that doesn't have the man power that EA or Ubi have.
