It is a glitch and exploiting it is not cheating. Its like when you play games as a kid and your friend keeps telling you to stop using a move that kills him and calls you a cheater.
How is it cheating if its in the game?
Infinity Ward should patch it, but why should someone be banned because its in the game they shipped?
Don't buy it, go somewhere else. It is like me complaining that the Toy 'R' US, buy 1 get 1 half off sale is not good because they still list inFamous for 60 bucks..
You are not forced to buy the bundle, consumers should research before they buy anything, especially from Best Buy.

The only real exclusives they ever gave out where to SEGA consoles back in the Saturn/Mega Drive days. They got more popular on Sony consoles, but have almost always been Multiplatform.

YES it is true, I prefer the PS3 console to the 360, but this is one that I will have to pull out the 360 and play on.
I have not used my 360 in like... 8 months. Had to happen sometime.
My vote goes to TAKE-TWO. Bioshock 2, Red Dead Redemption both look impressive.
