The issue here is that they are not moving enough Elite units compared to their Arcades. Its hard for a consumer to justify spending 300 bucks when they can get a PS3 for the same price. My friend works at Wal-mart and says they sell 3x more Arcade units than they do Elites; I'm pretty floored, I didn't think anyone bought Arcade Units. I think the 199.99 price point is the 'sweet spot' for the mainstream consumer.

and I disagree. The graphics are nice, but not great. All textures look nice but sometimes it will look like DMC4. Though it hits it out of the ballpark were it counts, the gameplay.
Games are doing REALLY well in Japan, in America? Not so much. I think Sony needs to rethink its strategy for American games and see what the public wants. If not, it can be a niche product, nothing wrong with that.

I have the game, plays about the same on both consoles. Minor graphics stuff, loading is an issue.

The DLC they offer isn't that big of a deal. I think they would make more money if they released worthwhile DLC, instead of a bunch of meh stuff for 99 cents.
