Framerate issues. But they had framerate issues in the past games (see wii port of Unleashed) and now they got it right. Looks great.
Unleashed had too good graphics and they tried to run it too fast. They should have slowed him down, took the werehog off and it would have been great.
in like 30 mins from Gamestop. I will see how buggy it is. Most likely, it will be. I mean, all Fable games have been buggy.

by a date. They don't finish the game 1 hour before it hits store shelves. Most of the time they finish the game 2 weeks (or more) before the release date, then it goes to printing and packaging. Not to mention, review copies go out early etc.
So if there is an issue they find in those 2 weeks, they work on a patch to fix the issues for you.

As for HD remakes, it is because Microsoft does not have many IPs they own in the Xbox era to make HD. Sure, Halo is an obvious one. Then what? Fable? We already have Fable II and picking up Fable III at midnight launch.

But Platinum Games showed they could handle the PS3 and created a great looking multiplatform game, stuff that 'huge' studios can't even do (Rockstar, 100 million dollars spent per game and can't make a good port).
This is the first game developed by Platinum Games on PS3. I'm looking for feature titles. SEGA did Bayonetta PS3 port btw.

I will not be too shocked if this game gets low scores. Lots of companies have tried voice games and they never work out correctly.
