if killzone 2 is generic then what is halo or gears? how many FPS have to be all about killing aliens
i liked killzone 2 and although the sales weren't halo 3 numbers it still broke 2 million, some devs would kill to sell that many games
anyway, how did a "games i want on X console" become "lets bash killzone 2 for no reason"
because there obvious bias is just that
they dont like the PS3 or its games

as far as im aware from my experience on this site, a score of 8 and above is considered a "must buy" or "day one" while everything else is fail or a rent
excellent point, games should be reviewed as if its not a sequel or whatever, it is what it is and should be reviewed independent of anything else
ODST can get away with its short comings and still get a 9 while r&c gets a 7 only for doing what it has always done, only better?

i agree with him to an extent but like someone said above, the average gamer does not no or does not care about the quality and breaking new ground, thats why a game like ODST can sell 2 million in 1 day
slightly of topic but his MGS4 rant was retarded, if he did keep up with the series the long cut scenes would make sense and would probably even be a joy to watch, wrapping up the epic saga was worth the watch
