I DON'T look at pre-order sales as a measure of product quality.
Instead, I see it as a measure of a company's marketing power.
Most companies (*not saying who*) that are not very good with product quality will just put money on marketing

... I personally have the remote / DS controller already before I actually am able to navigate, and select a movie. My DS3 controller is usually beside my PS3. I am not sure where other people keep theirs or why they would place it so far from the console.

As much as this would be a welcome news for Sony, i think it would not happen.
MS banks on the fact that some people will blindly eat what MS serves them.
X360 is only ahead because of the 1 year headstart.
... this gave them a 4 million headstart.
... without this, PS3 can possibly be ahead of them by 3 million.

... (if true), is NOT the Dance Central game itself BUT how Harmonix have effectively debunked the myth that Wii can do everything that the Move can.
Some detractors can't seem to accept that the PS Move has a camera and can do Augmented reality.
The same detractors that can't see ANY similarity between a camera from a previous gen's console and the supposedly revolutionary one of this generation.
I don't really care what the average people think...
