It was cute to see Forza developers quickly rush to imitate the weather effects that were present in DC and fall flat on they're faces.
Forza weather effects and graphics in general look like cheese.

Cutscenes can go the way of the dodo. CGI mini movies littered in games never did it for me.
Also third person game controls are always clunky and remove the immersion unless when aiming they zoom in like a hybrid 1st/3rd person view. That's where games are headed. Look at this game or gears 5.
