Totally agree! LBP is the only game that my girlfriend has sat down and played all the way through with me. And the 4 player split screen sessions I've had with my mates took me back to my N64 days! MM you know how to make grown men feel like kids again and I love you for it :)

Anyone who says the lack of a demo will persuade them not to purchase the game is obviously not a very big fan of F1 or hasn't been checking out the preview footage of this game. There's no way this isn't gonna be the best F1 title since the Geoff Crammond series...
I've been playing the full PS3 retail version since sunday and can safely say that the framerate does not run at 30fps 99% of the time. Whilst it is better than the demo there are still some serious issues on the street tracks that need to be patched. Whilst it hasn't stopped me from enjoying a simply unbelievably fun game, it has convinced me to trade it in for the 360 version on friday (whose demo was smooth as) and i guess i've got a headstart over all the 360 owners track knowledge now fo...
... all weekend and its awesome! I picked up the PS3 version on sunday and havent put the controller down since. I think the games comparable to PGR2 for the close racing and fun factor that most of this generations games have been missing. Team mate A.I. is spot on, the single seaters bode well for Codemasters F1 game next year and the Branding and Team design may not be as in depth as Forza but at least i can make a cool looking car in 2 minutes and get back to the racing!

... There seems to be something wrong with the quality of these screenshots, the car looks a bit basic. If i didnt know better i'd think i was looking at a shot from Formula 1 Championship on the PS3. Don't know what the technical terms are but the shots seem very computer generated rather than the photo realistic screen shots we're used to seeing for this game.

Wrong Led, all of my 360 owning friends are VERY pi$$ed off with the current state of xbox live, whilst my best friend who traded in his 360 for a PS3 gets to rub his hands with glee.
Anyone saying "its only a week" needs to consider that for me and my friends ( and probably many others) the xmas holidays are the only time we can get a reasonable amount of time to play our console due to work/family commitments.
Oh the joys of owning a 360 and PS3, I get the best fps of the year in September and then look forward to Bungie coding the first AAA fps for a ps3 in the future, can't wait to see what they can squeeze out of the Sony ...
