PCars is getting better all the time, nothing like Shift 2 to control thankfully! There is a bug with Fanatec wheels at the mo which results in users having to fiddle with their debug menus to disable the centre spring and the FF isn't as good as other wheels at the mo but they are working on it ...

I still don't use it. A helmet cam has never made sense to me, I sit 28 inches away from my triple screens, how is it a realistic view being able to see the inside of my helmet?? If I want authenticity I'd put a real helmet on my head and pull on my race overalls...!
I think you've overlooked the fact that some people do need that kind of horsepower... I'm running triple screens which is why I'm installing a second GTX 680 today to power the sims that I run like pCars and RF2, there are situations that call for top of the range cards.
@Reynod : have you played Diablo before??? It's always been incredibly simple to play "click click click", Blizzard would be hard pushed to dumb it down lol! The depth comes from the combination of skills and tactics the player uses.

This game isn't rated 18 for the sex, if you'd played the PC version you'd realise there's a lot of ripe language, very funny too.
The only thing I "don't see" when actually gaming on my triple screen is the bezels, you're too focused on the action on screen to notice it!
I can't play iracing or rfactor without triples now although in games like bf3 or skyrim I don't think it has anywhere much as use.
Look, I understand that Showdown is an attempt at a slightly more lighthearted driving experience and as such has a different target audience to the previous Dirt game. And I'm certainly under no illusions this is going to be the next Richard Burns Rally!

You've obviously missed the interviews from Codies stating Dirt 4 will be a more focused Rally experience then? As you said, skip Showdown if it's of no interest to you and wait for Dirt 4.
