Well they don't want it to impact sales of this version probably hoping hardcore people will buy this then the ps3 version when they reveal it for eu though the news on the internet kinda ruins that strategy.

About youtube,many artists are blocked on uk youtube probs due to licensing fees so we can't see a lot of the stuff on there that others do. Kinda the same how we are blocked out of hulu etc.

It seems Sony would rather put money into making their own games rather than getting multiplat dlc exclusives. I mean MS would have got the dlc GTA content anyway even if they didn't pay out for it (along with Sony/PC), the only purpose was to deny the competition access to the content.
Though GTA is a huge franchise 50 mil for dlc (which they would have got for free anyways) is crazy it could have been put to much better use by MS on a new games (not just 1)/technology made by t...
I think price will be the biggest hurdle for this, people are so accepting of the wii and ds because they are relatively cheap.
But with the technology incorporated in Microsoft's device I doubt they can sell it competitively (to the wii audience it is aimed at) without taking a loss on each sale.

The thing is they have no incentive to change, they are so far ahead of ps3/360 that they can just sit back ride the wiisports/wiifit train until the next nintendo console.
Their conference was pretty terrible again (vitality sensor ...) but the new metroid is easily the best thing at e3 so far.

Solid never referred to solid snake this is a misconception, it actually is attributed to the mg series transition into 3d gaming.
Well in an ideal world if there was a ps3 version they'd actually use the consoles strengths and put part 1 & 2 on 1 blu ray disk so they could carry their character over aswell.
But this is businesses after all so if it ever does go multi that won't happen. Anyways hopefully the character choices in mass effect1 will impact mass effect 2 in a significant way.
It's highly unlikely after all they are not getting rid of umd, the original psp wil continue to sell alongside the "go!" for those who prefer a physical product purchase.

It's so funny everyone always complains about remembering konami ID, all you have to do is check the tick box that says save ID and password then it's over never to be seen again (just like psn or xbl ID).
Seems like people just want an excuse to complain as always.
