There has to be some sort of clause stating if a game is cracked within a specified duration then you get no money. You just cannot get paid for failing at your task while also pissing off the intended customers by unnecessarily using resources. That would be a scam.

Technically speaking, Switch doesn't belong to the same generation as PS4 and XB1.
Yuzu team is way ahead of time imo. They were right to drop it. There is no meaning of jeopardising the entire project just for the sake of a babrebones online component.
Ikr? Although the remaster is pretty sweet, I feel like it could have been so much more. Crysis Warhead would be nice, but it's still based on the first iteration of CryEngine. Don't care much for Crysis 2. And that leaves us with Crysis 3, at which point I'm like "Does that game really need a remaster? Just port it!". Really, it's that good even now!

What are you talking about? It's pretty clear from the headline. Series S will run all One X BC enhanced titles at 1440p, and that some XB1 titles will run at double the FPS due to the much improved CPU.
It wasn't the approach, but the execution that was criticized. Look at Halo Infinite and then look at Horizon 2. Besides Halo had to run at 60fps on a much weaker base console. PS4 has more headroom in terms of resolution (from 1080p to 810p maybe) to work with. And let's not forget how well optimized their games are. Sony just has the resource to back up their decision.

Best part about PC gaming is that we don't need to upgrade the entire PC and throw away the older stuff. My PC already has the other stuff at the ready. Just need to upgrade the GPU. And guess what the resale value of my older GPU is in comparison to a console? Not to add a major feature selling feature of XSX is already available to me, backward compatibility.
RTX 3070 - $499, 20 TFLOPS
XSX - $??, 12 TFLOPS
Safe to say, if MS don't deliver on the games then XSX is irrelevant. And with all their games (and Gamepass) already on the PC, there isn't much hope.
I'm one the few who actually loved roaming around as Superman in the 2006 movie tie-in. While the gameplay wasn't that good, the flight mechanics were awesome. Zooming past buildings felt amazing and I've been left wanting ever since!
They'll definitely have skins for her. So that shouldn't be an issue.

Then I proceed to hammer its teeth off and wipe that grin of its face.
