Well, they did say first party games wont have this technology. It's up too 3rd party's what they do with their games. Pachter said 3rd party don't have the balls to do this. (Monitoring your system and blocking used games) Im happy that ps4 doesn't have the 1 to 24hr system scan, that tech is still on the x1 with the spy cam. The cam can't be turn off, paused isn't off either.

It's a one day of the full game. The idea behind it is that you will be giving your friend the game to try out, and dev. pray you don't finish it in one day and will buy the game after 24 hrs. is done. Sony has this on their psn+. PSN+ is limit too the games they pick, however this is up to dev. on x1 if they want this on their game.
