Why comparing a PC with a 7 year old system in the first place ?
Well, I thought this interview was very enlightening. I didn't know how he got involved in Knack and it was cool to have him give his thoughts on other games and companies.
Me neither. There are so many games I have yet to play, besides those which haven't been released yet. I'm highly anticipating the Next-Gen to kick in, but I'm definitely not done with my PS3.
Don't forget System Shock ! Especially System Shock 2. I'm surprised it didn't make any list. It has one of the most shocking twist ever.
They will show sceptical people what Next-Gen means.
Words from Lionhead, a studio owned by Microsoft. How biased is that ? Now let's hear what real indie devs think about this.
Absolutely true, but I would say that Sony's primary focus on Gaming really works in their favour as well.
If I had to pick only one exclusive for PS4, I would choose Second Son over Shadow Fall. Shadow Fall looks amazing, but Second Son looks insanely fun. And the hero is basically Troy Baker (voice and mo-cap) so yes, I'm definitely sold lol.
UC2 - 10
UC 3 - 9.5
TLOU - 11
Agreed, the concept is ridiculous.
What about the georgous environments, the incredible amout of details in each of them, the stellar soundtrack and sound design and stuff like that ? Don't they contribute to the immersion ?
That's 39.99$ too much. Game's free on Android.
In my opinion TLOU takes the story telling and the immersion to a whole new level, but it doesn't "downgrade" UC 3 at all, for me. What I think of the game hasn't changed a bit even after playing TLOU.
Oooh I see. Well, I hope you won't regret it. That's definitely a game I'm going to keep as long as possible lol
That's the precise reason why I've always been supportive towards Sony. Diversity. Many good games from multiple genres, so that you don't have a hard time finding something that suits your preferences.
Why are you selling that game ????
Every KH fan should try BBS, though. One of the best games of the franchise.
I don't get how did you guys experience such glitches. I completed the game 3 times and nothing like you described happened to me. I guess I must be very lucky..
I wasn't expecting the gap to be huge by the launch timeframe anyway. It always take some time for the improvements to become really significant. What we've been shown so far already looks great enough for me to wait for devs to come up with truly mindblowing stuff.
Me too. They heavily focused on the online elements of the game, the hacking and stuff, the rendering of Chicago, and from what the guy's saying, it makes me feel as if they purposedly neglected the story.
He thinks multiplayer elements is what people are more and more asking for, well maybe. But I think they're also asking for good story-telling, and characters to care about. The Last of Us and Bioshock Infinite, are the last good examples I have in mind. This is als...
