I disagree. I think ND managed to avoid many of the most obvious clichés, and didn't come up with any manichean analysis of survival after the apocalypse. And the very ending is far from predictable. It deals with both sides of human nature, and forces the audience to think, even long after the credits.
I agree, awesome game. But I still prefer Demon's Souls, for purely subjective reasons. It was the first one, I was really not prepared lol
U.S. ads are so lame.
"Do we need an old forgotten franchise back just for nostalgia?"
Yes. MediEvil games are awesome and trust me, not forgotten. One of my favourite franchises. I would love to see a PS4 or PSV game.
His game was released on MS systems, not on PS3. Criticizing Microsoft doesn't systematically make you a Sony fanboy. Just as criticizing Sony doesn't mean you're a MS fanboy. He has arguments, it's not some random statement, so don't start something when there's no need to.
I think it'll release when Sony decides to release it. I'm serious.
@DEATHxTHExKIDx
Just to be really clear, my comment was aimed at the article itself, not you.
Just read everything I was hoping to read about the next Need For Speed. Especially about car customization. Sounds and looks really fun.
Yep. Totally predictable.
However.
"a company that's become used to staying ahead of the competition in terms of sales"
Don't want to start anything here, but I think the PS3 has outsold the 360, globally. Just sayin.
Well that's sad to hear. He did an awesome job with the R&C clank series. The writing and dialogues are so funny. I hope the movie is going to deliver, but since he's working on it I keep my expectations relatively high. As for Nexus, well fingers crossed his successor will be as good as him (definitely not an easy task).
May he succeed in his new projects. Talented man !
Trevor, how about you workout a bit before showing off in your underpants. Haha I'm gonna bring the guy to the gym. So glad it's back !!
No. The game will probably be out after FF XV, for which we don't have any release date yet. And we probably won't have one anytime soon. So we'll have to wait a lot longer to see KH III come out.
I understand your worries. And I agree. But I think they're just trying to make the game more accessible, which doesn't mean easier. From the recent previews and hands-on, it seems like the game is still as hardcore as ever, and that the fans of the series will be pleased. I hope that's true. I trust From Software on this. Very talented studio.
@FortKnight
Humour doesn't always need a grand, reflecting backtrop indeed. But I think Satire does. It was not created for entertainment only, but to denounce, or critize as well.
@FortKnight
This is why I precised "this kind of satire". I usually love satire, when it has a purpose. Sorry if I offended you, but it think this one doesn't have any, and is just really silly. That's my opinion, though, I do not pretend to represent the majority.
I question the accuracy of this article.
"The developer then reportedly “burst out crying, yelling and tearing his hair out”, said a cosplaying witness who wished to remain anonymous."
Sounds really really fake to me.
EDIT :
@below
Well guess what ? I'm tired of satire. At least, of that kind of satire. That's not even funny, or doesn't make you think about a real issue. It's badly e...
This interview didn't happen. It was all made up by the author, probably as a response to their previous statements when they said that games are not art, or something stupid like that.
The real story, few weeks ago :

You'd be surprised to know how many grown-ups play on their smartphones.
“No, I haven’t tried those games, but if they use a controller then they simply cannot be as artistic and daring as Indiana Jones IV.”
lol
EDIT : Nevermind. Everything is acuatlly false, I fell for it lol I didn't see "[Satire]", my bad..
Can't believe this is on handlheld. It looks absolutely marvelous ! Good job Guerrilla.
