Yes, PS4 is selling amazing, but it will never reach PS2 numbers for a simple fact that gaming audience has shrinked a bit (sadly because of Mobile/tablets), and the selling rate is extremely front loaded (queue the downvotes)

PS3 count when UC3 released was much higher than PS4 count when UC4 is releasing. It still managed to beat it by 66% on a smaller install base.
