Sorry to burst you bubble but Wipeout doesn't even run at a constant 1080p resolution, it changes throughout races.

But i'd prefer a new game set in the san andreas area, like GTAIV was to GTA 3

Let alone the fact it flopped sales wise on the PS3, and the 360 USA sales are already greater then the PS3's version LTD.

Especially when you compare it to some of the other stuff on there, graphics wise.

EDIT: I would understand if these costume packs were about 1-2$ thats all fine and dandy. But how can you justify paying $5 for this?
