In all honesty it's just not the Zelda game I think of when I think of awesome zelda games. It's still an incredible game just it's surpassed by most the other titles in my mind and we're only covering 3d titles. If it helps the worst overall zelda game will always be the CD-i titles.
Answer: NO. If anything it's one of the best if not The best.
Majoras mask would be the worst if you wanna go there and it's still one of the best games of it's time. Unless you wanna count crossbow training. I know I don't.

Again, Why are all you sony fans so horribly misinformed about the 3ds's specs? It's getting a remake of MGS3 snake eather that looks better then anything ever on ps2. It has a resident evil game coming that looks as good as resident evil 5. Mario kart 7 surpasses Mario Kart wii graphically. Hmmm.. why would they make the 3ds smaller? It's already pretty tiny. I would expect an xl model before a lite with it's current design.
@magoo... because it has the capability of pumping out HD quality graphics with or without 3d and it's considerably more functional and supported than a ds.
That's like saying, "oh I have to plug my ps3 into a standard definition set, I might as well be playing ps2."

It's amazing. Nintendo releases a entertaining and unique method to freely communicate with friends and organize things and noone is even talking about it. Been doodling comics and goofy stuff for my friends for days. Plus the slow unlocking is a clever way to assure only folks 18 and over can communicate so the stupid parental groups can't say crap. It's about damn time nintendo gamers got this feature.

Other M was bad. You are the only person I have ever heard of to think these things about the prime series. Metroid was a dark since the start and they did that by creating a sprawling world things only seem darker because of the retro group maturing the sci-fi flavor of the series. It became a smarter game. That games greatest idea was scanning. the act of gathering info was taken to the next level. I think your simply being ridiculous.

You know, let em'. If they want to miss out on a modern game that demonstrates games as art better than damned near every game this year. Let em'. 5% years from now you'll ask them about it and they'll probably say how much they loved it back in the day.
Main difference:
-MW3 is using the same engine with the same controls to tell a 6 hour story. In addition they change the online conponent which is the same thing over and over again ad nauseum. It has as much depth as a puddle. MW3 was thrown togeather in 1-2 years.
-Skyward sword has an engine completely rebuilt from the ground up with new visuals and 50 or so hours of story. The basic mechanics and flow are the groundwork of what makes a zelda game. These ...

Funny, the way he describes the game it sounds like a 80 or 90. I know I couldn't justify dropping a score 30 points because zelda plays like a zelda game and the title still uses auto-jump.
