Play Bioshock. It has the unlock framerate feature(where it even warns that unlocking it may worsen visual quality) The difference is noticeable only in speed and smoothness.
I'm in different on FPS. So long as it stays at at least 30 fps and doesnt just take a dive in FPS I'm good. Resistance: Fall Of Man and Resistance 2 both ran at locked 30 fps and still looked good. Gameplay is tight, it takes a little bit getting used to since its all so fluid.
When you unlock the ability to be a squad leader you can do so but you dont have to,simply while in the Que List you can check the box to apply for squad leader. Doing well as a leader gets you Leadership point in which when those are high enough let you become the Batallion leader or OIC.
