"if they are a registered gun seller they are required, as in a gun shop owner who also sells guns at a gun show. but private sales through gun shows do not require those procedures to be done,"
Again, no.

"Oh you want to buy this lootbox? Please fill out the proper paperwork and then if approved there is also a 10 days waiting period."
Australia also bans some violent video games or makes them remove gore and such, they are also extremely strict with everything... maybe rethink that one.
Australia is also extremely strict about everything including video game violence bordering on Communism over there... you really want to go down that route?
@Goldby
"Private sellers who are unlicensed can sell a gun to anyone without seeing identification, without background checks and doesn't need to record the transaction."
That is also false, unless they're selling them illegally. If you're going to buy it from a private seller then either A. That seller needs to be registered to sell firearms and thus needs to follow all laws to sell that weapon or B. You have to go through a 3rd par...
@Goldby
No. Unless they're selling it illegally. Even at a gun show you still have to fill out the paperwork for the background check and wait your 10 days.
At least i know that's how it is in CA.
I'm pretty sure Hitler was playing CoD and GTA. I mean where do you think he got the inspiration to paint the German Shepherd if he wasn't playing CoD: Ghosts online and getting the attack dog kill streaks?
@Goldby
What about fieldgoals?
Now they just need to make a PSVR port!
So I guess this is Microsoft's answer to Share Play?
Not a fan of these games, but one great thing about Sony is the variety!
@cyber
Never said it was. Was just adding it to his list since he "conveniently" left out a really good game to make his joke.
That being said, you're correct, it does not compare to Bloodborne or R&C.
Wait until you play Horizon 3. Fantastic game.
and Superhot.
It's not like this is the first game to offer user created content... Most of these kind of "build your own game" games just offer all user created content for free. Regardless if they're awesome or not.
But the idea of teaming up with the good creators to make a completely new PSN game is a cool idea, but I wonder how that will pan out.
I want to know what the mutant chick is trying to look at in the chamber that requires her to squint down the barrel. I mean a shotgun uses fairly large shells, to which if you opened it like she did a shell would be popping out...
Sorry, little details like that annoy me.
I'm not an advocate for online only, so don't take this comment the wrong way, but Zelda has the franchise hype to sell that much and Horizon's sales are like 1 in 50 SP games that make it this big.
I don't think anybody is saying NO single player game will become massive, just that not a lot actually do.
Either way GG deserves all the respect and awards and I can't wait to see what they do next!
Gotcha,
From what it sounded like they were just going to start charging for the best levels. but if they are actually partnering up with the person because they see potential, then that is great. My question is how much are these "premium" user created levels and how often will it happen?
Once was free user created content, will now become paid user created content. Media Molecule was smart and just created a way for users to make levels for them and take a percentage of whatever they end up selling that level for.
Smart move, crappy because now we have to pay for the only user created levels that are any good, but smart business move by MM
Because you don't say no to President Trump
