Thats what people have been doing for sony. Playstation is the only thing which is being supported and its keeping sony alive.
Did the digital foundry guys say ps4p is doing native 4k without loosing anything. And did they also say that 1440/1800 upscaling is the best alternative for 4k without compromising on any specs? Are u from digital foundry spec analyst team cause last i saw was their reviews being the golden standard.
People say xbox did 180 but i see this as 360. 180 more than xbox and it tops.
When 900p is not fine on 1080p tv how can 1440/1800p would be fine on 4ktv?

For a family who wants to gift his kid a console, wouldnt they choose xbox one s. They get the bonus uhd blue ray player free right. Having option is all of a sudden bad thing is it. When there was no option of excluding kinect MS was fired that they are forcing customers. Now people dont want it at same price as competition.

And just like that original ps4 production is stopped when its been the fastest selling of all time. Nice business idea before even seeing the demand for slim or pro.

By the way do u think slim has a chance to survive between HDR update on old console and Pro? And as few people say what is the point in buying Pro when there is no 4k tv and HDR update is coming anyway right if one already has 4k tv and ps4?

Sorry my bad for duplicate post. So a standard blue ray disc can play 4k games. That should be good then. I dont think anybody would like to download a game which is eating up all their bandwidth downloading massive file. Also downloading means its digital only and thats not good either.
Slim is totally killed in both ways. One ps4 pro in two months away and second is an HDR update for ps4 in a weeks time.
How on earth is that justified. And yeah microsoft planning was bad right? Just have to wait and see the terms these same media use on sony.
And most of the media said that its a bad planning from Microsoft. I just have to wait if any report from same media emerges about sony's planning on releasing two consoles in 2 months apart.
This is more confusing for a gamer on choosing. Well more than Microsoft sony killed their slim version.
No 4k blue ray - would that mean that all game discs in future with 4k gaming and with 4k gaming content would not work? It that is yes, no 4k blue ray then no 4k game discs then shouldnt this be the first step from sony going full digital for 4k in future if the device is not future proof.

Just so that you know.... Scorpio 2, 3, 4 or 5 will run one core which is windows 10. Xbox 1, X1s and Scorpio will already be on it. And it's gonna get better and better month after month due to the continous updates which are released.
So backwards compatibility is always there. Don't you worry on that for Microsoft. I am pretty sure I won't be spending again to play the game I owned on X1 to play on Scorpio 1,2,3 or what ever comes out in a decade from now.

How would it matter? Released in one day, month, quarter or year. You gonna buy and play or not buy and not play irrespective of when it's released. So does it really matter?
I'm pro xbox. But the option that u have provided is the most logical for a gamer. Wait till neo is out and see if it's better, then trade for it than for one s. I think most of his purchases would be on ps4 by now so check on the transition options and go for neo if it's going to be a smooth transition. If it's just for 4k tv experience and little bit of gaming here and there then trade in for xbox 1 s.
What's wrong with main game that the bonus content is highlighted here by CEO. Wrong advertising. I will take it as 'your next game will suck too and u compensate that with remaster as bonus content'. It should have been free at first place.
