The same goes for PS4Pro. Whats the point of it when it cant do native 4k but 4k term was used just like tv,tv,tv i know it hurts but you have one yr to prepare for it
Go check last three years comments from all those comparison articles. You will find who started it and who made it more relevant. You will find that news shocking.
Then whats the need for Pro. At least get the marketing straight. Its strictly for PSVR. Not for anything extra. Dumbs made all to buy base console 3yrs back and now want every one to invest again on Pro and VR for that VR gimmick.
Just to let you know... There are already millions of PCs with that setup. I am pretty sure developers will dumb it down to play it on ps4 pro than building it from ground up.
Rotr is classic example. Pro will get different settings and the lowest setting will run the game at best resolution for Pro.

After last E3 microsoft mentioned about 14 unannounced games in development. In 3 yrs atleast 14 are coming out for sure.
Why should they put extra effort. Did we not hear from sony executives that nothing is exclusive to PRO. I guess they really meant it and that applies to resolution too.
Hey, why dont somebody compare Uncharted on PS4, PS4 slim and PS4 Pro. If there is possibility try on PS3, PS2, PS1, PS Now and Vita just because one can do it. Please dont post the results. Nobody would look and comment on it.

But would 1tb x1s cost the same after one year? Could it fall $50 or more by then. What would the cost of same UHD be after one year? Same or doubled or 50%discounted? Its the same player nothing changed and as it was sold only through microsoft, could microsoft get it for an even cheaper price. Ddr5 ram may be first to microsoft but it came on a console in 2013 would it still cost the same next year?
Let say: When i am buying 1gb ddr5 it could cost $1, but would it cost $1...

All those ponies have $400 for vr or vr is free for all those who own ps4.
For a short cycle one has to buy $400 console, $800 4ktv or $400 vr when ps5 is being teased.

Why? When he jumps he gets all most all of those 360 titles back. He can play x1titles and any future native 4k games.
It will not be the same with pro when ps5 or true 4k console from sony is out. Heck would ps4 games on their new architecture be compatible on ps5. Definetely no but it will be for xbox as it has to be windows 10 software and all titles will be supported or they would emulate windows 10 if nothing works. They will get 360 titles as well.
