Funny the downvotes but no one said anything. What ff game has came out better then 6 through 9. There isn't a better one 10, 12, 13, 15, 16 not even close.

Agreed. Nintendo as usual gets a pass. Alot of games get sh on, for instance horizon forbidden west some complained about it being more of the same. My thoughts fking great that's exactly what I wanted. Nintendos games do that and they get applauded. I'm also not saying there's anything wrong with Nintendo doing that. Star ocean 2 is a fantastic remake. Probably the best one I've seen done. Great game back in the day , great remake now. Keep these old school jrpgs coming square cause that's when you were at your best.

I might give it a second try someday. I still hope one day they just put it all together and wrap it up as a single player game. I'm not interested in spending money for skins, storage etc but I'd play it as a legit single player game.
Not saying anything bad about your comment but after reading it I started thinking, how many studios have been and stayed independent(making quality games) for 20 years maybe even 10. I can't think of many that didn't get swallowed up.
It's missing some other pretty big stories.
Yakuza games are fantastic. Bonus I believe all are available on modern systems also. Dead souls may be the odd one out but that was a completly different type of game. If you check them out. Enjoy
