I think by the time consoles go digital only, say next xbox next ps, I think they will be surprised by sales. I'll be in no rush to buy a new console that doesnt support physical releases. I think Sony and Nintendo will continue support. I only think this due to their support for smaller releases from lrg, red dart, and numerous other small publishers.
I don't buy games unless they get a physical release. I have bought digital games and I'd be quicker to give an indie game a pass over a aaa game, my Rule for digital games is no more the 15 20 dollars if I really wanna play it. Aaa devs though have no excuses so I won't buy their games if there's no physical. Even indie devs are finding ways to get their games published physically so there's no excuse on these. Especially one coming from the consoles 1st party.
None of sonys games have lost money though so i stopped reading at that cute try though
My son will play some single player games inhave around. I was proud when he played through and liked dragon quest 11. Made my day. Anyway aside from a few games I've seen him play, fallouts, and a couple others. I see him and his friends hoping around from online game to online game. They will play one for a few weeks then hope to another for a few. So I think your spot on with that. I'm just glad my kid enjoys some single player games cause I've seen a lot of younger players o...
No doubt but look at the people on steam talking about it. Alot of disappointed people. Sales were solid though on there. I think I've read you have to buy a game to review it on steam.
As saddened as I was i feel starfield will in time.
When we got rid of cable, for Netflix and Hulu and something else I want name, it was great, saved so much money, then at one point we had Disney, peacock, and a few other like wait this is just as expensive as cable what's the point. So we dropped everything but two services and that's all we keep now at a time.
Darth, for sure. I don't feel ripped that I'm subscribed to both. I just think more people are interested in owning things in the end. I've bought alot of games based off of what I've tried on gp, and ps plus, sometimes I'll play games off there I already own. For instance ff12 I have the ff12 ps4 steel book version last I seen its worth a decent chunk of change so why open it at this point if I can play it on a service. I don't think services are bad but I definitely...
Seemed like a solid game from what I played of it. Will definitely be grabbing a copy
Cool story
Idk man. I don't think it gets much bigger. Maybe 10 20 million bigger but unless it's forced. That's probably about it.
And I get downvoted when I say ms is the one ushering all digital age in. Yet here we go. People bitching about smaller publishers not releasing physical on xbox and Xbox won't release their own first party games physically. Really this is my biggest issue with xbox/Microsoft, with ushering in the all digital age and brainwashing as if physical is some kind of bad thing. I'm glad Sony and Nintendo are still pretty good about this.
I bought a series x finally specifically for this game. It didn't live up to my expectations, lacking lore, exploration, some other things I don't care to get into. Anyway I think some like it cause they genuinely liked it, some like it because they had to save face. It's clear from the game in my 25 30 hours of playing before deciding to wait, that it needed more time in the oven. There's no way around it. I'm willing to wait, it is what it is and I've got a backl...
O it'll sell. Pretty fking well to. This game is gonna do so good. It's alot of ours most anticipated game in awhile. As much as I prefer turn based I'm still looking forward to it. Even more then star ocean 2 remake(snubbed for awards as it was)
Eh yay more multiplayer stuff
That's not completly true. I'm looking forward to it and I've clearly been more on sonys side. I'll still play it and it looks good even though I personally would've liked third person. I'm not making the game. It's also not a jab at xbox I've got comments all over here about fps view being my least favorite.
Looked pretty good. Was hoping for 3rd person but I'm not surprised.
So 33 mill since 2017(I believe) and 4 more years to hit 100 mill. Idk about that one.
I'm sure it'll jump but 50 mill is where I see it topping out at at most.
I don't mind this type of dlc, cause I can buy a game at release and not give a fk if my game is complete. Due to it not adding much to the actual game. It seems alot of jrpgs do this type of dlc.
If your a regular Walmart shopper, which I am. I got one like 4 blocks from my house and as far as department stores it's all that's around. Like 4 of them. Anyway if you are you'll have noticed Walmart physical game selection has been kinda trash for years so it's no surprise they are getting rid of physical games. They've been heading down this road for years. I only buy physical games from there on clearance due to the selection being trash. I picked up Scarlett nexu...
