I bought my Xbox one some years ago. I immediately bought blue dragon and lost odyssey. I've yet to one time buy any other games on the Xbox. I font think gamepass drives sales like you guys are putting on about. Even the guys at work I never hear them talking about damn that games so fking good I paid for it. Nope not once. I do hear them talk about who's playing what of the latest gamepass offerings.
It's such a damn shame. Squares biggest ip and they insanely dropped the ball. I was gunnin for a physical copy. Not everyone cares for digital. This would've sold so much better then the limited bs they pulled. Where's my physical ps4 ff pixel remaster at square. I wasn't even complaining about the 75 dollar tag cause I knew the value. As a gamer and physical game collector I have every right to be upset with this bs practice. Say what you want but not everyone is down or was down with the digital age your favorite console ushered in. There's still millions of us who prefer physical media simple as that.
If you decide to quote any physical vs digital numbers do me a favor and make sure they don't add in mobile games because most do
