i think if this is true indeed, we won't hear any statements/comments from either sony or ea on the matter, and we'll eventually get the feature with a conditional state (i.e it's up to the developer to include it).

when i look at my friends and the people i know with 360s, i get shocked to realize that ALL of them got rrod'd except two (because they have bought it like 3 weeks back.
therefore to me, i think the failure rate is even higher than 54%, yes i said it.

only two of my friends aren't rrod'd, but that's because they bought it like 2 weeks ago. ALL of the rest are either on their 2nd or 3rd. i also know a guy from the forums i post in who's on his 8th 360. shame on you, microsoft.
