For me, it really depends.
Xenoblade 2, Persona 5, and Breath of the Wild I have well over 100 hours in a single run and still don't feel like I needed to out them down.
Meanwhile Tales of Vesperia felt like a chore to finish after 40 and RDR2 became a slog after 30.
Also games like Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, and Bayonetta feel perfect right around 10-15 hours.

The pro would have to be a BC Switch 2 that can run PS5 games at acceptable levels or a new dedicated console that is BC with Switch games that can run new games on par with the PS5 and Scarlet for them to have a stake in 100% of the market.

Actually you are ony half right...
All hardware power is in the Switch itself. It is downclocked to like 60% in portable mode, and all the dock does besides stream the image to the TV is send a signal to upclock the Switch itself to a higher clock speed, and allow for better performance docked. I do not know if you know much about control wiring, but it is basically low voltage signals and has nothing to do with what the Switch or Switch Lite can...
One correction to the article, it mentions being available on VITA as well, but God Eater 3 is not on VITA. Only God Eater 1 and 2 are to my knowledge.

My launch Switch has zero issues.
I stand corrected on the 1080p screen, it is 720p.
As for battery, it is about an hour more. An actual test had Zelda go for 4 hours on Lite and 3 hours on OG Switch.
