I dont really care if Bungie decided to be separate(I think if this is what they choose, they wont let anyone else buy them, they will probably make publishing deals like Epic and Crytek) or them making new IPs(which is a good thing), I just hope they continue to make games in Halo universe once every few years. I dont think they want to leave their huge fanbase so easily.

Seriously Take 2 would be stupid as hell to announce GTA4 is coming next year and then release this year, as their stock value went down for that announcement. I dont think the big PS3 announcement is anything about GTA, its probably about a new cheaper SKU/bundle or maybe even a new game. I think Sony has made clear they aren't going to rely on GTA like last generation, instead they want new IPs from Rockstar

of course I am not sure, but according to xbox forums, I remember some people being glad at first they got the Halo 3 console only to come back and say they have the heatpipe and a different lot #
well according xbox forums the ones without heatpipe consume significantly less electricity that seems to confirm 65nm CPU
if I remember correct not every Halo 3 360 is 65nm, only the ones with different heatsink(lot 734 I think, without heatpipe)

yes Bioware did Jade Empire, but they have different teams within Bioware, the team that did KOTOR is mainly behind Mass Effect. I think the "fantasy" team(Jade Empire) is making a new title for PC. And btw its not getting hyped, some of us here have been saying Mass Effect possible GOTY contender for a long time because KOTOR won GOTYs(I remember IGN, overall Xbox GOTY)

yeah I care more about MC or even Arbiter than Halos, that planet MC was drifting to looks artificial, the Covenant themselves borrowed many tech from forerunners so that planet is not Covenant but rather Forerunner. I didn't read Ghosts of Onyx, but if I remember right Onyx is an artificial Forerunner planet

Forerunners were protectors of Humanity in the game(look for Terminals), they did something to save humans when the Halos were last activated. If you finished in Legendary(I saw it on 1UP, I finished in Heroic), you can see the ship drifting towards an artificial planet(most likely Forerunner). If you care about (a ton of people do), Halo story is actually interesting
As far as the current Trilogy goes, the Fight against Flood and Covenant is over for good...

GT5 vs PGR4 is a stupid comparison. 8.5 from Gamespot is good, just like Motorstorm. It just means nothing revolutionary but still solid. Will be getting mine sometime this week
