The title of the article is plain FAIL. It sounds like nobody is buying the LE, which obviously isn't true.
While I have no idea about how good this review is(Can someone please review this review?), Haze would have mattered more if it came out last year.
damn. I actually liked SC:Double Agent(which a lot of people didn't like) with its shallow but interesting moral choices. now that the next game is so delayed, I don't care about it any more.
@Statix, that shot is not bull. Play Crysis on any of the recent top end cards and it is easily just as good and even better than that "bullshot". That said graphics alone don't make for a great game(the power suit was great but it felt tagged on). I hope Crytek does a better job on Crysis 2 which is multiplatform game.
oh certainly! Just make sure your predictions are as vague yet as intelligent sounding and as fantastic as possible. You can get good money for it especially if you start a cult with things like alien visions and such.
The sum of all the parts in Crysis is certainly not nearly good as I myself hyped it to be. Graphics is awesome and I think the author is exaggerating AI issues but the whole just doesn't deserve a 9.5.
that isn't good enough. Let the experts like Quaz_51 examine the retail game when it comes out. Rockstar maintained till the end that PS3 was 720p but it turned out to be wrong. Of course, Rockstar used the CELL to make it look as though nothing was missing and according to some even better than plain 720p. Maybe Haze devs will do something similar. In any case the graphics alone are not going to draw people to this game. Its the style, the devs and the gameplay.

Well maybe this is fanboyish but my reaction: This is the same kind of retarded spinning of developer comments as the one with Kojima remarks about being "disappointed with PS3". I thought it was common knowledge that gamers this gen are more interested in more story, presentation style and refined gameplay than in just pure graphics.

there is nothing to disagree at all. Games are games, a type of entertainment and even art but thats all they are. There is no point in putting too much hope in them. You are bound to be disappointed.
