Bioware has repeatedly said it wants to finish ME trilogy(Story is probably already finished, it is so well developed in ME) on the 360 so its likely Mass Effect 2 or perhaps KOTOR 3.

well I played as an adept, so I had no access to shotguns or assault rifles. So I am playing now with soldier class(its much more than slightly changed). And also it a lot of fun to play with my level 50 Adept again(with a higher difficulty level anyway).
Its very likely based on an improved version of UE3 if its coming anywhere from 2008 to 2009.
I certainly enjoyed KOTOR 2 but it somehow went a different track from KOTOR 1. Since Bioware(I am talking about the Sci Fi team since Fantasy team is working on Dragon Age) is busy with Mass Effect, I wouldnt mind KOTOR 2 being developed by Obsidian(hopefully they can better connect the stories of KOTOR 1 and 2, perhaps make us play as Revan fighting the threat from the outer edge of the galaxy instead of starting a new character. Exile wasnt much of a character.)
never going to trust Play magazine, they gave KOTOR a 75 and LAIR a 90. what a joke!
