Oblivion on PS3 sold 300,000(I am adding 100 thousand to vgchartz figure) whereas on 360 sold atleast 1.5 mil(subtracting 300 thousand to vgchartz figure, also dont forget the milk cow that is marketplace) and then add unknown PC sales(it was wildly popular on PC also). Sure PS3 can handle it with some clever programming but it costs money and ultimately its not going to be much of a profit for Take Two. PS3 version should have come simultaneously or at least just delayed a month or two. And ...

that is actually a very good point, it could be part of the UE3 framework. +1 for thinking through the craze. Of course no denying the possibility and it would be great but I doubt "Only on 360" label on the box means nothing and has no consequence whatsoever.

no denying the evidence I suppose, its possible PS3 version was at some stage of development before it was put on hold or maybe canceled(say MS paid them something). After playing a little bit of the game(killed a mad cosmetic doctor, its more fun playing with auto aim turned off, that way you don't feel spoonfed), I totally wouldn't mind if Bioshock came to largest audience possible(heck even Wii if that were actually possible, but no UE3 for it). Innovation like this certainly deserves all...

personally any given day I prefer GTA or similar to GTA like Mafia and Getaway over stuff like Prototype and Crackdown(not saying they are bad or not fun).
