The first ones maybe just need to drop the 7,200RPM HDD an go with what the new models run. I got the 2 USB 80GB an I put a 500GB Samsung HDD in it and haven't had a problem an it seems to run alot better then the older HDD.

If bluray is slower, then why does it seem to read all my PSOne games faster then my Playstation? Yeah thats right I had some old games laying around to, but I seen that the PS3 reads PSOne games alot faster then Playstation does.
