The Codex edition of my AC:B contains a picture of an egyptian style assassin :S knowing Ubi, it might be there for a reason. However, I would very much like to see a feudal japan style AC. It has been hinted extensively as well.
CO-OP in a title like this would be so rad :D stealthing around is good fun. Stealthing around with a mate.. purrfect ^_^
A fusion of the two would also be exellent -- an SP map where one player assumes the role of Assassin, one as the templar.. Every game would take an hour or sth, but still.. suspense :D it'd be hella fun

A running kill is 100 points... a stealthy kill is easily 450 and up. K/D ratios are so yesteryear ;)
utterly agreed. No review posted on this title is going the be believeable, imo - with all the positive bias inspired by the prior titles. I really want this to be as good as the fanboys claim, MW2 didn't impress me - nor did WaW - but all the prior ones did - so here's to hoping this one will be great. I still recall playing the original CoD which, at the time, was a truly amazing experience :)
So it's the same game reskinned? And yet the high scores.. how come we praise repetition when it's Call of Duty, but scorn every other game for it?
I'll be trying it out, no doubt there - but reviews are starting to strike me as relatively biased :s

Yeah. 8.1 despite the bashing - that's very decent.
What I don't get is why the implementations being hated on, are also the implementations being praised in other games (DESPITE the over-use).
If it aint broken, why fix it?
Personally, I think it stands out due to aiming for realism rather than explosions and slow-motion.
Everyone else are dead set on an aproximate meta of 8.0 -- I'd say this review reeks of biased journalism. IGN is losing serious integrity IMO - just look at their Tumble review (3.5) -_-
Gametrailers bashed it but gave it an 8.1, which is decent - that score was dished out whilst dissing the re-implementation of a sniper/bomber sequence. The same type of sequence which was revered as "a welcomed return" in both BC2 and MW2.

What? I, for one, like Bayonetta (the character, the game was fucking awful).. And I've been with the missus for 6½ years now - and when I say missus, I mean a person, not a cardboard cut-out.
