Since it's Google and they kinda control a good chunk of discoverability on the web, sadly.
Nobody uses the service that's responsible for 52% of game streaming revenue?
Honestly, I'd want Sucker Punch to do a Doctor Strange game.
He knows. He just calls them liars.
Spider-Man 2, obvs.
You'd think they'd know better than to hire an EA exec to run their gaming division too, but here we are.
I'd really rather lose streaming services altogether than see them mainstreamed, tbh. No matter who does it.
I know you're not so thick as to not know the difference between supplementing your main offering with this vs making it your main offering.
You're just not.
Stop playing dumb to run interference for a company that shows you daily how little they care about you, my guy. It's a special kind of pathetic.
The entire reason that was not, and should not be, a selling point is that it was near the end of the gen when it was implemented. BC is most important at the start, when you have a sparse library. By that point, MS should have provided their users with plenty to play, but instead hyped up BC releases as if they were new game announcements.
So... no offline downloads EVER and their sole exclusive studio will be run by one of the biggest pushers of MTs and Lootboxes at EA.
EVERYTHING about this service sounds god-awful. I have no idea why any SANE gamer would ever support this.
...unless, of course, this was their route their former console of choice is going and they feel a desperate need to justify it even as they hate it deep down, but hey... good thing that's not a thing currently ri-...
You're trying way too hard.
And way off.
@Sonic
Yoshida attends Nintendo and Xbox events too. Has for years.
Where's them PS games on Xbox and Switch, yo?
Harrison hasn't changed, I see.
Might wanna rethink this approach too. Nothing turns off consumers faster than "we're just walking in and taking over so get used to it" from a giant corp.
Oh PLEASE!
We haven't seen the Pacific Front since World at War and it's grossly underrepresented in games.
Idk I'd have at least expected an actual bathing suit.
lol why they lying?
Even then, video got out of some DISGUSTING levels of latency in an Assassin's Creed title.
I don't need PS Plus to play DOOM. I don't need it to play Uncharted, Final Fantasy, God of War, Assassin's Creed, etc.
Stadia takes that drawback and adds it to literally every game. Not even close to the same thing.
@mixelon
You do own the stuff you have on discs. The disclaimers you speak of refer to whether you have the right to rip and redistribute the movie, hold public showings which you charge money for, etc.
It's basically saying you have the right to that copy but not to the movie/game/songs themselves.
...what?
