Sony's not abandoning console hardware. They have multiple divisions that make Hardware which are shifting away from that due to losses.
How oblivious do you have to be to think they're going to dump the console game when they're currently on track to break records and outselling the closest competition 2:1?
...article accuses Sony of fudging the details on the Pro by pointing out literally what they revealed about the Pro from the get-go.

IX and VI are better than VII. VII is dated as heck, with a completely unintimidating villain and a cast whose development is handed to you in one big chunk that interrupts the overall narrative. Everything VII introduced has since been done far better, even within the same franchise. Both handled character development and story better, and IX created a far more interesting world. I think this because I've played them and it's my actual opinion. You don't get to try to invalidate ...

I agree with #1 and #2, but the rest is a bit iffy.
Seriously: seek therapy.
That campaign was anything but the same as what they've been doing.
One of the best in the series.
They have that power.
It's just up to them to try to utilize it and optimize for it.
@kenwonobi
While the new engines look great, we have yet to see gameplay of Death Stranding or TLOU 2.
And frankly, The Order does still look better than U4 and Horizon, but that's largely due to it being a far more contained game. Those games are freaking incredible for how respectively open they are.
For me it's rather the opposite.
Honestly I've lost most all faith that Square's capable of making a good mainline FF game anymore. Their storytelling structure devolved into an incoherent mess, their characters are only broad tropes with trope-y development flags, they're lost at sea with their gameplay, trying to be Kingdom Hearts instead of its own thing, tossing out an empty open world and then slamming headlong into a linear story that's almost on-r...
I own it on PC, so... kinda not an Xbox Exclusive.
Seek help. Seriously. Your fanboy obsession is unhealthy.
"“PS4 Pro is an incremental update from a hardware standpoint, but making PS4 Pro is not an easy thing to do. We have complete compatibility; it is part of the PS4 Ecosystem. So the system is very carefully designed to maintain that one community between the standard PS4 and PS4 Pro”, Yoshida said.
“So we don’t talk about future plans, but doing something like PS4 Pro take a lot of effort. We are very happy with PS4 Pro, and we’re happy with the reaction and analysis o...
What exactly is SJW about adding more women to your game?
Honestly there were only a handful of female characters in the game as it stands, so... not seeing the problem.
Druckmann has more of a Prog leaning on social issues, but I've never seen him be militant or insultingly pandering about it like SJWs.
TLOU was an amazing story that didn't necessitate any kind of sexual or romantic relationships to move it forward, however.
I believe he's referring specifically to these.
I love how the writer of the article just stereotyped the living hell out of Ellie. In the name of Progressivism, of course, so it's all good.
@Sunny_D
Honestly between the main game and the DLC she's either at an age where she's unsure or may be inclined both directions. Either way though, idk that it needs to be explored. It's kind of the least important aspect of things now.
>Persona 5
Well they can dream, I suppose.
Eh, not so simple as you think. Porting to a system with completely different architecture is a bit more effort than just a few lines of new code.
