Blame nintendo, not 3rd parties.
Some games are on both like Monster Hunter, Fire Emblem Warriors, and Dragon Quest 11.
But something like Samus Returns would be incredibly welcomed on the Switch. I'm not sure why Nintendo is still putting exclusives on the 3DS.

That makes no sense. Every game that releases on the X has to run on the OG hardware as well.
It won't outsell the Pro. The pro is $100, (potentially $150) cheaper than the 1X. And is the only place to play enhanced Spider-man, God of War, Days Gone, Last of Us 2, Death Stranding, Detroit: Become Human, Gran Turismo Sport, and so on.
PUGB isn't going to sell systems though. Anyone who cares about that type of game is already playing it on their PC.
Install bases need to be taken into consideration...

Here's the thing this is BioWare Edmonton team, the last game they made was Mass Effect 3. So they spent 5 years working on this game already. BioWare Montreal team made Dragon Age: Inquisition and Mass Effect: Andromeda.
If you have gamers club it ends up 38 + tax. So why wait?
That's the only Pokemon that matters.
Kojima confirmed Death Stranding won't be at E3.
I'd say if your game doesn't release within at least 3 years after the announcement...don't announce it.
