I know what you mean, and yes the bugs are terrible.. But in your opinion, what would make this a game that could get you and everyone else for that matter to play for hours on end? It is a free game though so no major complaints from me *Get what you pay for*.. My PC is not that powerful at all, running a i5 I think with 6GB of memory and lord knows what kind of cheap AMD card is inside.
QUESTION... Did you play with an OUTFIT? if I may suggest try playing with the FAT32 Outfit.. they are very organized with good leaders, attacking an enemies base with these guys is always awesome!
Oh Lord it can run it... if my Shitacular PC can run it at 1080p medium settings.. PS4 can run Planetside 2 with far better results. I just hope Keyboard and Mouse are optional to play the game on PS4

Depends on which developers they assign to each respective Star Wars genre... a FPS should/could be handled by DICE or Crytek, assuming they would work on something like Battlefront 3... I would prefer DICE take care of it. a Pod Racing game could be handled by Criterion. Victory Games Studio could do a Star Wars RTS like Command and Conquer. Bioware could handle a new Star Wars RPG... EA could somehow manage to corrupt them but only time will tell.
Things to help keep the VITA continue its stabilization:
Price cut on VITA with heavy advertising
HUGE price cut on memory cards
Then a slew of big recognizable franchises people love and will buy.. notable games such as: GRAN TURISMO, GRAND THEFT AUTO, Infamous, A REAL CALL of DUTY or BATTLEFIELD. These high profile games will reel them in.. then Sony can release whatever other games they would like.
