UK and Europe usually get wonky price tags. For example, wii released at £179 which is equivalent to $350.
So, this is probably an inaccurate prediction, but the console will probably be around $300 in the US (If you consider the difference in prices of the wii, it would be $330).

If you really care so much about graphics then just buy a PC. I always laugh when console gamers complain/brag about graphics.
I'm not getting the wiiu for the graphics. I mean, I already have a PC that can easily play games at the highest settings in 1080...
I'm a little bit bugged how they advertised this as the start of next gen kinda. Other engines like Cryengine have shown next gen graphics for a long time now....
What? This is a good thing. Not having it a requirement means it's more open to 3rd party.
Plus, devs could probably get a tad bit more power by turning off the extra screen if they wanted to.

Wow Crytek, don't make all your games f2p. I mean, I like to occasionally play Tribes and stuff, but I really don't want games nickel & diming me the whole way through. It gets really really annoying after a while...
WiiU is compatible with USB2.0 external hard drives so I don't get why this is such a big deal.

I don't wanna repeat what the above guys just said, but if you care so much about graphics, then just buy a PC. Consoles aren't supposed to be all about graphics. That's why no one is willing to buy $600+ consoles. I always laugh at console gamers that brag/complain about stuff like this...
