yup the "milo and kate" game is using ue3
yeah unreal is a pretty good... dont know anything about the modding side of it ... but its actually a little over used in games... i mean its no slouch... that thing can pull of games like mirrors edge and XIII... ... just overused with the same old artistic grey brown design
i got a new jasper a few months ago ... manu date feb 2009 ... it replaced my oct 2006 console coz of serious disc read errors... some major differences in both consoles ... the jasper one is much quiter and noticably cooler (this becomes apparant straight off the bat) ... consumes less power and the power box doesnt have a fan in the new one...

this is not even close to as big of a deal as people are making it to be... i wonder if most of the people here even know where the ads are placed and how it works on the nxe... its voluntary on the users part to view the ad... he can just scroll past it or watch the ad (sometimes a movie trailer) and it always gives free gamers pics and themes for the dashboard... i dont have prob with that
