It isn't Blizzard's fault that the two systems are low end PCs. For the equivalent price of a PS4 or Xbone you could have a PC that runs Diablo 3 at 1440p 60fps.
There is a large difference here. "No Man's Sky" is a new IP that doesn't have a home yet, while Tomb Raider has a storied franchise that came into existence on the PS. It is a slap in the face to all of those that supported it throughout the years. Personally, I don't think either of the new consoles are worth the money, and the game will probably be on PC soon after.
This is a class action suit. Everyone who bought it would get a small check. He isn't trying to get that money for himself. This is to make a statement about lying to your consumers.
Rob_Ko, you are just incorrect with this. There are games that will push any set of cards to the limit. The problem is that you are thinking of 1080p 60 FPS. I go for 144 FPS with my monitor and my 780 TI can't do it without turning some things down in newer games.
The only people that said that were Console fanboys. PC's with moderate power will be able to run it, as well as higher end boxes running it even better. The issue of Star Citizen on console is that it is a beast to run on High End PCs right now.
Everyone keeps saying "Console architecture is similar to PC" as if there is just one PC that they are matching. As pointed out in Linus' Tech Tips videos, a 5 year old graphics card couldn't be underclocked en...
30 FPS is not smooth and looks terrible in a racing game. As far as the visuals, the environments are super blurry and the cars look fake. I won't even turn this into a PC vs PS4 argument, but one easily could, just looking at this versus project cars there is a clear winner.
Do you own an Xbox One or PS4? I hate to tell you that you have over paid for outdated hardware. At least the Wii U puts games out at 1080p 60FPS. I'll just enjoy my PC though while you bicker.
The game will be fully out at the end of 2016, parts required to run well will be cheaper. Mind you, when I say run it well I mean 60 FPS 1080P minimum. Also, the devs have stated that this is a PC game first and foremost and it will not be coming to a console. If High End PCs of today are just getting to run it at the highest, how would a console that is already considered a "low-mid" range PC possibly run it in the future?
You can build a PC of equivalent performance for roughly $500-600 dollars. Yes, that is more expensive, but you also get far more capability with a PC than a PS4. Everyday computing to artistic design and business applications. While the PS4 is fine for what it is, I really suggest you not use the "upgrade my card" argument. It doesn't actually hold any water. If the console is a standard set of components, why can't your PC stay a standard set of components through the same...
It's a Free to Play game. No WoW Subscription required. I got into the Beta back in the first wave (Luckily) and have enjoyed it off and on since then. You do not need to spend money to get "OP" cards, as proven by the top streamers. They will make decks of nothing but basic cards and still climb to the top. You can earn cards for free, and only Legendary are hard to come by. Legendary cards (While fun to use) are not instant game winners.
I'll be going 1080p 144FPS. :)
Optical Drives are 10-20 depending on if it can burn. They are still a waste, as you can get any piece of software on flash memory.
I love that everyone who loves PS4 for res and frame rate are the same ones saying the two don't matter when it comes to PC. Been at 1080p for 15 years. Now sitting at 144Hz. I have a PS4 as well so I can play The Show and NHL, but hypocritical arguments are always my favorite.

And what console gamers often forget is that PC isn't just about M+K (even though I prefer it for all shooters), but the ability to use any device. I have a 360 gamepad for my PC that I use for racing/adventure games. PC is choice, console is limitation. Saying that, I have owned almost every console as well, but PC is my primary platform.
You can play with all bots if you wish, as stated in a youtube gameplay video breakdown, but "It won't be as much fun as with real people." I agree with the sentiment, but that was from the previewers opinion.
My mother, a woman that does not play games, tried Hearthstone and beat all the tutorials in one attempt. I could understand losing once to Illidan if you were just so unfamiliar with the game. But "struggling" with it? Hearthstone is a very simple game up until the mid range Ranks. I'm not sure how this is possible.
6v6 only works in a competitive atmosphere, which you can not have with bots running around. It's a fairly simple concept. Before someone mentions that Dota and LoL have bots, those are not skill shooters, they are mobas that revolve around having mindless bots running in a straight line.
The Wii U never promised to be a powerhouse, unlike the Xbox One and Playstation 4 which have under-delivered on what PC's have been doing for a decade.
Some games will be SteamOS exclusive, there is no rumor about that. It's the developers choice, Valve CLEARLY stated that they will not make it mandatory that a game be exclusive, but gives the option. So no one will be mad at them, as 1) It's a free OS, 2) it's not their choice.
I think they have an idea. He was in multiple Zelda commercials with his daughter who is named Zelda.
