I don't know why you PS fanboys are disappointed with Ryse looking so good, or for now claiming the title of best looking console game.
That is in fact good news, it's clearly obvious that the PS4 is more capable than the XB1 and if Ryse (XB1 exclusive) is the best looking game right now, it shows a lot of promise for the future of PlayStation.
Got to say this DLC was very short, but I didn't care, it was quality from start to finish, and that's the most important thing.
Why wouldn't you just play Blacklist Multiplayer? It's actually quite fun :)
I'm not sure I see the resemblance to Halo in terms of gameplay, but CoD definitely!
If that's the reason then that's fine with me. My point was that I don't see how so many people who bitch about CoD, could like this game. Nothing more.
That's why I said expansion! All the things you listed could be added in an expansion. In fact I would go as far as saying the BF expansion Vietnam for Bad Company 2 could be seen as a big a difference to BF as Titan Fall to CoD.
I'm not hating this game, I'm just making a clear observation that I don't see much difference in actual gameplay despite the things you mentioned. If you do, then great, I hope you enjoy the game.
I have no issues with people liking and looking forward to Titan Fall, people are free to like and play whatever they want. However, this game could so blatantly pass as a CoD expansion it's sometimes unbelievable.
There's no problem with this game being very similar to CoD, but I do have to question peoples ethics when they say 'CoD is crap, but Titan Fall looks like GOTY material' From all the videos I've seen, I don't know how you could like one wit...
Beatled, why do you even exist?
I think frames per second are important, but not half as important as what people on here claim.
I hate those kind of trophies (beat the game with only a certain weapon) it's a cheap way of adding longevity to a game.
I play a game how I like to it, I don't aim for trophies, I just appreciate the ones I pick up along the way :)
@hkgamer 'also note that ps3 players can only use kb to type, you wont be able to plus kb&m to play the game.'
That is false my friend, I ONLY used KB/M when I used to play FFXIV on my PS3.
Totally agree, Co-op just kills the immersion and is not needed for an UC game.
I played this game on release for the whole free month, how is it turn based? It's traditional MMORPG combat. The PVE stuff is almost exactly a mirror of World of Warcraft, GuildWars and all the good MMORPG's
In the end I stopped playing this game because it didn't support the M/Kb properly on PS3, it worked in most ways, but wouldn't allow me to use my number keys to initiate my skills. They have probably fix this problem now but I have chosen not to return t...
I got the Vita to accompany my PS4 near launch and it was worth it for Tearaway alone.
I understand that right now we are lacking some games, but you can't say that they are no games coming out soon, just because they aren't to your taste!
Currently on the PS4 I have:
BF4 - Being a massive fan of FPS since I was 9/10 years old, currenty 25, I'm 92 hours into the multiplayer and clearly I wouldn't have enjoyed this game so much on a last generation console as the leap is quite big.
FIFA 14 - I'm from the UK, ...
Halo 3 was where competitive FPS was at mate. It was my fav shooter last generation. I am now done with Halo though after Halo 4, it was awful, and without an MLG playlist I'll never touch another Halo game again.
If you played on consoles that might be because BF on 360/PS3 is only 30FPS, while CoD is 60FPS. You might cope a lot better now that FPS games are all pushing the same frame rate, which is 60.
Or you just might be a person that can only take to one game at a time, and I'm talking s**t haha.
However, I feel that you sacrificed the right game ;)
I don't think getting older makes you any worse at FPS games, or games in general for that matter. I just think it's the fact you get a job 40 hours a week, have kids and eventually you just find yourself not playing much anymore.
I am 25 currently and I've been playing online games (FPS's mainly) since I was 9 years old, I first started on Delta Force on the PC! I've always had a knack for playing FPS games, whether it be on M/Kb or controller. Easily mai...
Leaning around a corner, getting shot at, going back into cover, then dying! This is the best way I can describe it, and it's forever p**sing me off.
Did Heavy Rain ever make its way to PS+ in the past? I was thinking if that did, then maybe Beyond: Two Souls would at some point :)
