this day and age you need intellegent enemies zombies are soo L4D.. if you are gonna make a story based horror survival game, Zombies just cant make it fun. you'll get tired of shooting and chopping the hords of mindless fodder. Zombies are good for multiplayer games...

over the last 24 hours i've been to 2 behind closed door screenings fo r2 upcoming games, Not for MS but for Sony, one i was apart of a focus group for over 5 months and 1 major website and 1 major magazine publication were the first outside of Sony and it's focus group which i am in, to see this first screening, the second screening just ended about 30 minutes ago for another Sony game due out fall 2009 by one of our favourite PS3 devs... in anycase they are big games. your comment is killing me.. please wake up.. the tech demo shows it's just still in progress. it's foliage looks great and interaction looks amazing but please. as of right now the KZ2 engine is still the best right now.. since this engine isn't out for either console till 2012 you've got alot of waiting to do till it hits and by then games will already be looking better. ^^
the physics interaction is still miles behind KZ2's and you only gotta play it to know that... But fanboy...

This engine will probably be ready for xbox 720 and pS4.. by then we'll have seen KZ3 and God of war 3, Gt5, MGS5 Gears 3 and uncharted 2, and resistance 3, new call of duty from infinity ward, that look just like this engine that cryteck is showing... ^^ please the fanboy banter has to stop. just be glad you'll have a game engine that finally looks better than Gears 1 and 2... sigh Ps3 gamers will just have too many to count. as first party games all look progressive...
