Shadow Run and Warhawk Were one of the first Multiplayer only Games released on Consoles and the former actually sucking while the latter actually blew up and now has an online community of 1million players. MAg is but the 4 game on sony's platform that is a multiplayer only.
Sony release Warhawk, Socom:Con and Zen Studios released the craptacular Punisher multiplayer shooter game only on the PSN, and MAG picks up the Tail end of that.

and stop judging the game on Prereleased Beta test> the game is a Farcry from average and this review and everyother that are starting to trickle out are showing that this Game is 8.5 and up. this review from reading it sounds like Metacritci will add a numerical value of 90.
MAG is awesome. so stop the hate and play the game before you judge it.
I knew the game was gonna be solid but for it to have a perfect score? i'm a bit shocked myself. It's good to see that Zipper has delivered I always knew they would and this game does it perfectly well.
they need to add a new mode to the game where all 3 factions duke it out in an all out war... it would be 80 vs 80 vs 80. it would be epic,
looks like xbox games dont really clear a million in the States either. ^^

Picked it up last night and loved every minute once the servers were back up. Played the beta as well so loving it was no surprise.
I just gotta find my blutooth headset. Haven't used it since MGO, so no idea where it went.

they've played the game to grea leanghts based on the full game and seen the community. and like everyone who has enjoyed the game have said it. it isn't 256 players of idiocy, it's a coerent team of players who organized them selves to bring in an experience not quite like any other. it's awesome and they enjoyed it. that 2 review's already from MAG that have gotten 9 and up. the reviews if they are done like this and come out later on this week should perfectly represent the game and MAG's ...
If you dont like MAG fine we got that since you all tried the beta or lack of there off, so point in close, MAG has OVER 70,000 players right now and the number is going up rapidly it's why the servers are down to be patched for more load support. the game is gonna get more tonight and by the end of this week the US servers should stack nicley at 500k Not bad for the flop you xbox fanies label the game because of it's 256 gimmick as you plainly call it.

I've already said i'm gonna get the game because it's hella addictive. I had a blast in the beta and having a Mic makes all the more. i still dont get how they saythe objectives arent clear. at the start of every match they have the Commanders and squad leaders Frago'ing the objectives.. and it say it. That review event where these jounalist played the game was not conducive to the type of intimate play time you have playing at home. There have been serveral changes in the formula i've heard in the game that make it that much better. ^^ I cant wait to play it. as it rocks.

Well I'm Glad this game is being taken a different approach, I fully anticipate that IGN and other reputable sources are gonna review this game just 2 days after it's released. I'm pretty sure this will be a Socom all over again.. But like i was with Warhawk from Day 1, this game will evolve and become even better. I cant wait to get in. This game is amazing fun and the beta was jst amazing
