Microsoft already has 2 new games showing up at Spike vga 2011, I'm pretty sure that I read that there will be 10 game announcements at the show, 1 is Alan Wake sequel, A new IP from Bioware, and MGS: Rising making a world premier. It would be nice to see if Sony has an announcement or 2 at the show! :-)
Generation has always had Amazing CGI for every Gen! this stands to testiment! :-) I'll likely get FF13-2 because i'm a fan. We'll see if this holds up!

But the engine largely resembles socom 4's Engine assest! I'm sure they did some engineering to factor in Near and Live area for the Vita, it just really looks like Socom 4 from it's screen shots! which isn't bad! Socom 4's Graphocs are on par with MW3, maybe not that good looking but still great to the eye!
I'm really impressed! the Vita is a really big elephant in the Portable gaming market!!! we will see what this one is about!

I didn't by a ps3 to play PS2 games in HD even if they were ground up developed remasters with trophies and 3d support!!! :-) i'll kindly pass! I'll by Jak 4 is what i'm waiting for! these games are just too old for me to revisit!
Originality may definitely be in Jak and daxter's universe with the crazy weapons and all but its story was a bit diluted to me! Besides Uncharted's Cast of characters were ones a person can really relate to! and it was that ability to relate to the characters that really drives home its spectacular narrative and sucked you into those really over the top Hollywood moments.
Game play for jack and daxter may be open world but it wasn't as focused and reminded me mo...
My Mate who was wathing couldnt even tell if i was playing or watching a movie!!!! there were certain times i was like OMG!!!! what's going on here! NaughtyDog is at the top of there game! Infinityward with COD4:MW was the best Scripted FPS ever created!!!! I also think Insomniac with Resistance 3, did a great example of keeping you in the action with it's scripted Set pieces The very first widow maker battle was proof of this!!

Next xbox is looking more likely to launch in 2013... And judging by the smoke Sony should follow suit as well. I'd like to see Sony use 3 processor based on the cell CPU, but more efficient for coding and 2 custom built GPUs that will work in tandem with the 3 cell based COUs, much like how the RSX and Cell worked in tandem to achieve greatness, uncharted, resistance 3, god of war 3.....
I'm still thinking that both these current gen consoles are still very capable!...

The franchize on the first 2 games alone have sold 8 million tops 3 million for the first installment within the first 2 years of it's life and then The second sold 5 in the same time period! its not hard to see. Gears sells because its a great game, and great games with heavy marketing sell! Sony's been spending money marketing this game like crazy 1 month ...
The series prior to the Uncharted 3 a massed a total of 8 million, 3 for uncharted drakes fortune and a little over 5 million for Among theives to think that this game hasn't garnered reception and great fan base of 8 million is delusional and makes you the idiot! Cod has been a yearly thing since Cod2 in 05 for xbox 360 launch, in 06 there was 3, 07 there was 4, 08 there was world at war, 09 was MW2, 2010 was Blops, and this year we have MW2.5.. you'd think people caught on by now. Getting skyrim, MW3 uncharted 3 and battlefield! No need to doubt. Sony's got a strong game seller in uncharted... It doesn't have to sell 8 million day one, because skyrim nor Batman or BF3 did that day one on any platform... Uncharted 3 will put up great numbers despite strong competition from skyrim, assassin's creed, mw3!
