with the absents of singleplayer story mech. there is no reason to hype with CGI.
plus it's also exclusive. so they have alot of head room to use for graphics and without sacrificing visual fedelity and still have robust online and great environments... it's the reason why Halo 3's MP looks well, i dont need to say and why warhawks visuals dont really take much of a hit. it looks great.

if any platform holder could score an exclusive with quantic Dreams then they are set. exclusives come and go. in some ways MS has earned exclusives. the last i checked they earned lost planet because dead rising sold well and better than expected. which is why they earned DMC4 though it aint exclusive. passed success tends to lean towards future support. in this case it's the same reason why Sony has now once again earned support from Tecmo's Elite Teamn Ninja, we can go on and on about this but it's pointless but in some cases in the passed sony has bought timed exclusive rig...
