Gamefreak needs to be wiped out and Pokemon handed to a competent dev. Too bad they own partial rights.

I love MH and I've played every release for thousands of hours, Japanese-only included besides Dos. The series suffered on handheld and it's so much better on a real screen.
It hasn't even been 4 years since the end of the indiegogo campaign and its releasing this year, Star Citizen development started in 2011 with no release date in sight. They aren't even remotely comparable.
Crappy customer service was the number one problem, and it stemmed mostly from the higher-ups. Nobody wants to buy an open copy of a game for full price either when you can go half a mile down the road and get a sealed copy for the same price from Target, Bestbuy, Walmart, etc.
Mine have pretty good employees, but nobody likes being begged to preorder Madden or Call of Duty or being told they need to sign up for an Edge card.
And gaming is getting 15% worse year over year.
Sony's gonna destroy the Western release, if they even bother to do one.
I'd say just sail the seven seas at this point. They deserve it for boning their backers like this.
